Description

We’re seeking an experienced Administrative Supervisor to oversee and coordinate on-site administrative operations for a major oil & gas EPC project in Uzbekistan. In this role, you will manage office administration, facilitate communication across multi-national teams, and ensure efficient documentation and logistical support. You will be responsible for supervising local administrative staff, implementing company policies, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations to support project execution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate all on-site administrative functions, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing systems.
  • Oversee document control processes, ensuring accurate record-keeping, distribution, and archiving of project-related materials.
  • Arrange and manage travel, accommodation, and logistics for project personnel, visitors, and subcontractors.
  • Liaise with internal departments, contractors, and client representatives to support project requirements.
  • Supervise and train administrative staff to maintain high standards of service and compliance.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and service contracts.
  • Prepare and submit regular administrative reports to project management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, project procedures, and local regulations.

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in administrative or office management roles, preferably within EPC or large-scale industrial projects.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse, multi-national teams.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Russian and/or Uzbek languages is an advantage.
