We are seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our international team for a major EPC project in Uzbekistan’s oil & gas sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Coordinating cross-border logistics operations and customs clearance procedures
• Overseeing on-site material receiving, inspection, registration, and distribution
• Preparing and tracking transportation plans for both local and international shipments
• Managing warehouse activities, including inventory control, safety compliance, and material preservation
• Collaborating with procurement, construction, and engineering teams to ensure timely material delivery
• Resolving delivery delays or logistical issues with suppliers, forwarders, or site teams
• Maintaining accurate logistics records and generating regular progress reports
• Ensuring compliance with project logistics procedures and HSE requirements

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or above (any discipline)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in international logistics or cross-border supply chain management
• Proven track record in managing logistics operations for large-scale engineering or oil & gas projects
• Familiarity with EPC project logistics flow, including Incoterms, material tracking, and expediting
• Proficiency in Russian or Uzbek is a strong advantage
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
