Description

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our overseas EPC project team, responsible for comprehensive financial operations in Uzbekistan.Key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, expense tracking, and fund management for the project.
  • Ensure compliance with financial procedures applicable to international EPC projects.
  • Assist headquarters with budgeting, settlement, and external/internal audits.
  • Monitor contract payment schedules and invoice processing workflows.
  • Coordinate with local authorities for tax declaration and preparation of Uzbekistan-compliant financial reports.
  • Utilize financial software systems to manage daily accounting transactions and records.
  • Support foreign exchange settlement and cross-border transaction documentation.
  • Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Uzbekistan’s local tax and accounting regulations is a strong advantage.
  • Adapt to the fast-paced nature of overseas projects; demonstrate strong coordination and communication skills.


Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting or financial management experience, preferably in international EPC or construction projects.
  • Proficiency in financial management software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
  • Solid understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Russian and/or Uzbek language proficiency is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical thinking, financial reporting, and interpersonal communication skills.
