Job Description

• Analyze project specifications and drawings to establish clear and accurate cost breakdowns
• Collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to understand project requirements and ensure cost estimates align with technical specifications
• Prepare and maintain pricing databases, cost models, and historical cost data to support accurate estimating
• Review subcontractor quotes and negotiate terms to ensure competitive pricing on all components of EPC projects
• Monitor and manage project costs against budgets throughout the lifecycle of the project, identifying and reporting variances
• Assist in the development of project budgets and financial forecasts to aid strategic planning and decision making
• Conduct regular cost audits and prepare reports for management, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities for cost savings
• Participate in internal and external audits related to project cost performance.

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline; engineering or finance-related majors are preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in international engineering and construction projects, especially within the oil & gas or large-scale infrastructure sectors.
• Proven expertise in using cost control tools such as Excel, Primavera, SAP, or equivalent systems.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Fluency in Russian or Uzbek is an advantage.
